Individual Differences Association, Inc. (IDA) reserves the right to collect, use, and distribute demographic data about users or sponsors of this website in forms that do not identify specific individuals, or reveal personal identities.
Information collected on this site is intended for use only by IDA and its affiliates to promote the interests and activities of IDA and collaboration with IDA affiliates.
Some information you provide may be used by IDA to create mailing lists which are used only by IDA to promote its interests and activities. When using mailing lists, IDA takes care to maintain the privacy of recipients’ email addresses and identity.
IDA may make certain information (i.e., name, address, email address, and scholarly interests) available to IDA members and affiliates to promote collaboration and the promotion of our nonprofit purposes. If you do not want specific information to be made available to affiliates or to be included on IDA mailing lists, inform IDA in writing of your wishes and which specific information is not to be made available.
In some instances, however, parties participating in IDA activities must reveal names and contact information. For instance, names, addresses, and email addresses of journal article authors may be published in order to facilitate communication. If authors do not wish to use their primary email address, they are encouraged to generate a temporary email address using one of several free email providers for publishing purposes. Author names may also be made public for advertising purposes.
Outside of the specific instances noted herein, any personal information which you provide IDA will not intentionally be provided to any third party unless mandated by United States of America law.
